Netvantage’s ItemAge© Cashiering Application was designed for the specific needs of organizations which customarily receive payments via walk-in traffic and are processed at a teller or cashier station.  With Netvantage’s Cashiering solution, payments can be accepted by cash, check, money order, and credit/debit card.  The transactions are imaged at the counter using a table-top transport and, if encoding is desired, there are two alternatives depending upon our client’s requirements: 

1.      The checks can be encoded and endorsed at the point of capture

2.      The checks can be imaged at the teller window and then forwarded to another operation (e.g. back-office) for automatic power-encoding using a transport with encoding capability.

In all cases, the resulting data and workflow are fully integrated with our ItemAge© back-office payment/item processing operation.
